Human Booster is an executive coaching and counsel practice built for C-level leaders and boards navigating genuinely complex situations — ownership tension, transformation, board dynamics, and leadership transitions.

We don’t work from generic frameworks. Every engagement is grounded in structured, psychometrically validated tools — including Lumina Learning and Clifton Strengths Finder — to understand not just what a leader decides, but why, and how that plays out under real pressure in a boardroom or ownership structure.

What I bring to the table is 25+ years inside the rooms my clients are navigating. I’ve led turnarounds in international organizations like Beiersdorf, scaled export and DACH growth in Orkla. Additionally, I have been working with multi-stakeholder management, from boardrooms to private owners, nationally and internationally. Hence, I understand ownership complexity and governance from direct, lived experience, not theory.

My leadership approach is people-first: sustainable results come from healthy, value-based cultures, not from strategy alone.

I am certified ICF ACC and AoEC Advanced Executive Coach, and a Lumina Learning Practitioner. The academic experience further includes study and courses at IMD & Henley with focus on business management and leadership.

Human Booster works with a deliberately limited number of clients at a time — depth over volume. When needed, we bring in associate partners — both in Denmark and internationally — who share the same rigor and standards, to meet your current needs and challenges in the best possible way.

Based in Copenhagen, fluent in Danish and English with working proficiency in German for DACH engagements, we currently support clients in London, Hamburg, Madrid and Copenhagen, both online and in person.
